Through the Website, individuals seeking travel experiences—including their accompanying family members, friends, colleagues, or any other persons travelling under the same booking, as well as all registered users of the Website (collectively referred to as the "Traveller," "User," "You," or "Your")—may browse, compare, inquire about, and book group tours, fixed departures, customized travel packages, and other travel-related services offered by verified Tour Operators. The "Services" provided through the Website include tour listings, travel package information, pricing, itineraries, promotional content, booking facilitation, communication tools, and other travel-related content and features made available on the Website and its associated pages. Each tour listing ("Listing") is created, published, and maintained solely by the respective Tour Operator, who bears full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legality, pricing, availability, and performance of such Listing. TRIP BUSKET is not a tour operator, travel service provider, transporter, hotel operator, insurer, or organizer of any tour listed on the Website. TRIP BUSKET does not own, operate, control, manage, sell, resell, or provide any transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, tour, or other travel services displayed on the Website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TRIP BUSKET does not act as an agent or representative of Travellers. TRIP BUSKET operates solely as an online technology-enabled marketplace that facilitates communication and booking between Travellers and verified Tour Operators. Where applicable, TRIP BUSKET may facilitate payments, booking confirmations, and customer support on behalf of Tour Operators; however, the contractual relationship for the travel services remains solely between the Traveller and the respective Tour Operator. TRIP BUSKET does not supervise, direct, or control the conduct, actions, or performance of Tour Operators, Travellers, or other users of the Website. We do not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy of tour descriptions, itineraries, pricing, availability, quality, safety, legality, suitability, or performance of any travel package listed by Tour Operators. Accordingly, all bookings, payments, travel arrangements, and participation in tours are made at the Traveller's own discretion and risk. TRIP BUSKET shall not be liable for any act, omission, cancellation, delay, modification, misrepresentation, negligence, breach of contract, or service failure by any Tour Operator or other third-party service provider, except to the extent required by applicable law.

All tours and travel packages listed on the platform are offered and managed by the respective Tour Operators. Once a booking is confirmed, the respective Tour Operator is solely responsible for providing the booked tour, delivering the promised services, and sharing all legally required information with the Traveller. By making a booking, you agree to comply with the Tour Operator's terms and conditions, cancellation policy, travel rules, and any other applicable requirements. TRIP BUSKET acts only as a technology platform and commercial facilitator between Travellers and Tour Operators. We do not organize, operate, or provide the tours listed on our platform. Therefore, TRIP BUSKET is not responsible for the performance, cancellation, delay, modification, quality, or any dispute relating to the tour services provided by the Tour Operator.

Payments

By making a booking, you agree to pay the total booking amount shown on the booking page, including the tour price and any applicable taxes, fees, or government charges. Tour prices and availability may change at any time before your booking is confirmed. If only an advance payment is required to confirm your booking, the remaining balance must be paid directly to the Tour Operator or as instructed on the booking page, within the specified time. TRIP BUSKET may collect the full booking amount or only the advance amount through secure third-party payment gateways on behalf of the Tour Operator. By completing your payment, you authorize TRIP BUSKET to process and collect the applicable amount using your selected payment method. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and confirmation by the respective Tour Operator.

Limitation of Liability

TRIP BUSKET is an online travel marketplace that connects Travellers with independent Tour Operators and other travel service providers. We do not operate or control the travel services listed on our platform. You agree to use the Website responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. If any loss, damage, or legal claim arises due to your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activities, you agree to indemnify and hold TRIP BUSKET harmless. TRIP BUSKET reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its rights and interests. TRIP BUSKET shall not be liable for any loss, expense, delay, cancellation, or inconvenience caused by: • Visa rejection or delay. • Passport-related issues. • Hotel or airline cancellation policies. • Actions or policies of Tour Operators or other third-party service providers. • Government restrictions, immigration decisions, or force majeure events beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of your destination before you travel. TRIP BUSKET is not responsible if you are denied entry, exit, boarding, or travel due to invalid or incomplete travel documents. For international travel, please ensure that: • Your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your planned return date. • Your passport is machine-readable and contains the required barcode, where applicable. • Your passport is not damaged, altered, or tampered with. • The name on your passport exactly matches the name used for your booking, visa application, and other travel documents. Any additional document requirements imposed by airlines, embassies, immigration authorities, or destination countries are solely the Traveller's responsibility.

Limitation on Content Usage

All information, content, and materials available on the TRIP BUSKET Website are provided for general information and booking purposes only. Your use of the Website and any information obtained from it is entirely at your own discretion and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the services, tours, or information available on the Website meet your specific travel needs. Unless expressly permitted by TRIP BUSKET, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content, images, logos, software, or other materials available on the Website.
