  • Accommodation: Family-wise AC Deluxe Rooms in comfortable hotels.
  • Meals: All meals included — Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
  • Transportation: AC vehicle for all transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary. The vehicle will not be available at disposal and will be provided strictly on a point-to-point basis as per the itinerary.
  • Permits & Taxes: All applicable permit fees and hotel taxes as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Vehicle: AC Traveller / AC Bus or similar vehicle, depending on the group size.
  • Validity: The above rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.

Exclusions

  • Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuities, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, porterage, and other personal expenses.
  • Adventure & Recreational Activities: Rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy rides (Toy Train), and any other activities not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Additional Sightseeing: Any additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle beyond the services mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Entrance Fees & Guide Charges: Entrance fees to monuments, parks, attractions, and guide charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  • Unforeseen Expenses: Any additional cost arising due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such expenses will be borne directly by the client and payable on the spot.
  • Increase in Taxes/Fuel Prices: Any increase in government taxes, fuel prices, or transportation costs resulting in an increase in the cost of surface transportation or land arrangements before departure.
  • Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the package.
  • Border Charges: Any applicable border entry, permit, vehicle, or other border-related charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

Welcome & receive at Nepal / India border Raxaul - Birgunj (Nepal side) – transfer to Chitwan – activities – overnight stay at Chitwan.

Activities at Chitwan –Jipsy safari (Tourist Own Cost) and after breakfast proceed to Pokhara Lunch on the way – overnight stay at Pokhara.

Transfer to Kathmandu via Manokamna Temple [Ropeway Tourist Own cost]. Night stay at Kathmandu.

Kathmandu Local Tour: Swayambhunath, Budhanilkantha, Pasupatinath Mandir, Gurjeswari Temple . Night stay at Kathmandu.

In the morning visit Market and second half Nagarkot [Sunset], Bhaktapur. Night stay at Kathmandu

After Brack fast check out from hotel and proceed to Raxaul .

Payment and Refund Terms

59–45 Days Before Journey: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. 44–30 Days Before Journey: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. 29–08 Days Before Journey: 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. Within 07 Days Before Journey: No refund will be provided for cancellations. Note: Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and any non-refundable expenses already incurred for tickets, hotels, transportation, permits, or other services.

At the Time of Booking: ₹5,000/- per person as the initial booking amount. After Ticketing & Before 50 Days: 50% of the total tour cost to be paid. Before 30 Days of Departure: 30% of the remaining balance amount to be paid. Before 7 Days of Departure: The full and final payment must be cleared. Note: All payments must be made within the specified timelines to confirm and retain the booking.
