Arrival at Canning/Sonakhali and board the boat. Welcome with drinks and breakfast. Cruise through the beautiful rivers of the Sundarbans. Payment and Refund Terms
Cancellation made within 7 days of booking will receive 85% of the booking amount as a refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 7 days from the booking date. No refund will be applicable for no-shows, unused services, or early departure from the tour. In case the tour is cancelled by the organizer due to unavoidable circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative departure date or a refund as per the organizer's policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Terms & Condition
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. Full payment must be completed before the tour starts. Seats are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. The itinerary may change due to weather, tide conditions, forest authority regulations, or any unavoidable circumstances. All guests must carry a valid Government Photo ID during the tour. Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited during the tour. Guests are requested to follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide and boat crew. Any damage caused to hotel, boat, or tour property by a guest will be charged accordingly. The tour operator is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, delays due to natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. AC Room and Double Sharing upgrades are subject to availability. By confirming the booking, guests agree to all the above terms and conditions.
